Reliable and Durable Reel

Designed for a long, no-maintenance life, the reel is powered by an ingeniously simple internal spring, eliminating difficult hand winding or the complex moving parts of a motor. A fully enclosed four-roller guide collar smoothly guides hose travel on and off the reel. Once you pull out the desired length, an 8-position ratchet gear locks hose in place so there is no backward tension while you work. When you are done, a simple tug on the hose releases the lock, allowing the reel to automatically rewind it neatly into storage.

With an incredible working temperature range of -40 F to 190 F, the Goodyear Engineered Products rubber air hose is built for extreme performance in the toughest environments. The abrasion-resistant outer jacket and spiral mesh reinforcing in the wall combine to stay flexible in the deep cold and prevent bubbling in the heat. Its specially-formulated rubber construction meets RMA Class "C" oil resistance and exceeds RMA 4:1 safety factory (burst/working pressure ratio).

Easy Installation

Reel can be mounted to ceiling, wall, floor or workbench — whatever is most convenient. Simple and easy, a basic installation needs only four bolts and washers*. Once mounted, connect the incoming air supply line (from air compressor) and reel is ready to use. * NOTE: Because of the wide variety of installation possibilities, mounting hardware is not included. Plan and evaluate the requirements of your specific installation and select appropriate hardware.

Adjusts to Your Work Space

Air hose reel adjusts to work most efficiently in your work space.

• Guide Arm: Move guide arm to one of five different positions for best hose feed angle.
• Hose Stopper: Move stopper to set length of hose "tail" that hangs outside reel.
• Recoil Tension: If needed, adjust recoil tension to retract only part of the hose (high ceiling mounting locations, for example) or to retract hose at a different speed.
